Meetings are places for dialogue between citizens where everyone speaks freely while respecting the rules of mutual listening. They should allow to build a common reflection on the issues and challenges facing the Mediterranean area and define the axes of reflection and action for the future but also deepen the theoretical concepts and themes. They must also allow to enhance the dynamics of the ACM.

For more than ten years we have been convinced that it is possible to change things. In fact, the Oran International Festival of the Tale has become the meeting place for lovers of stories, both adults and kids. Every year, the commitment and participation of the public in the different shows on offer reassures us and reaffirms us in the fact that the telling and the story has been able to find its place in our city and beyond.
